My client, based near Blackpool, are seeking a payroll assistant to support the team whilst a member of staff is off sick. It is temporary cover for approximately 6 weeks.
The role of payroll assistant would suit a payroll whizz, who is happy supporting lots of different businesses with their payroll.
My client is a successful and well established accountancy practice and it is vital that they get the right person in to help out on a temporary basis in this important role of payroll assistant. Ideally the right candidate will have experience of VAT too, but of not, it is ok.
This role will see you engage in all typical payroll activities, and manage payroll on different cycles for a multitude of clients, so your organisational skills will need to be very strong.
If you have payroll and VAT experience, the payroll assistant role will be full time, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
If you have just payroll experience, the payroll assistant role will be part time, 3 days per week.
