We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the outskirts of Lincoln for a Production Processor Office Coordinators to join a creative and growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Although this is an office based position, you will mainly be expected to operate in house machinery to create printed products such as leaflets and brochures. As well as the printing equipment, you will also be using equipment such as guillotines and booklet generators to complete the finishing touches to the company’s products; attention to detail is, therefore, a necessity for this position.
Other more administrative tasks that you will be expected to carry out are as follows:
- Use electronic databases to input data and search for information relevant to ongoing projects.
- Assist in the delivery and products and services to local customers.
- Use office equipment to create resources and literature such as booklets, files, etc.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner and arrange meetings accordingly.
We are looking for individuals who have exceptional social skills and who are able to use their initiative to get on with the required tasks. Individuals who are capable of multitasking and working well under pressure would be well suited to this position. Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to workload are highly desirable and the ideal candidate will have experience with printing commercial documents, although training will be provided.
