Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

My client based in Bolton are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their close knit team.

Location: Bolton

Salary: £20,000

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week: 8:30 – 16:30, Monday – Friday

Holidays: 28 days holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays

The Role:

  • Investigating and processing payments to suppliers
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Inputting expenses invoices
  • Processing stock and overhead invoices
  • Investigating discrepancies in deliveries
  • Resolving queries from suppliers

Experience:

  • At least 12 months experience in a Purchase Ledger role (Essential)
  • Experience of working with Oracle (desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail is require to complete end-to-end processes
  • Experience of Accounts Payable
  • Good understanding: Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel and Outlook, is required
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
