Receptionist / Administrator
Cordant People are very proud to be recruiting for a receptionist/administrator for one of our prestigious clients based in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all internal and external bodies face to face and also by phone. You will handle incoming mail, phone calls and update systems accordingly. There will be an element of administrative duties also including filing, updating records, diary management and other duties that will differ day to day.
If you have had previous reception and administrative experience and are IT literate then please forward your CV in the first instance.
This role is a temporary contract and will roll on a week to week basis but there may the opportunity that it will continue long term.
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (must be flexible to work Saturdays on occasion)
This is an immediate start.
