Cordant People has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to work with our client based in the Falkirk area on a part time temporary basis.
You will work as part of the support team providing excellent customer service to colleagues and clients. As the first point of contact in the business your main duties will include:
- Meeting customers who visit the business
- Answering all calls to the business and directing them to the relevant person or department
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
- all other administration duties required
You must be professional with good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
