Our client are recruiting for Receptionist with an excellent administration skill set to run a Reception area in a friendly and professional manner,also providing support to other departments when required.
We are looking for a competent and self sufficient individual, who can be self motivating,flexible, with the ability to achieve and maintain the efficiency standards required whilst demonstrating a strict degree of confidentiality at all times.You will need a confident telephone manner, good keyboard skills and be familiar with Windows,Word,Excel, and databases.
Answering incoming and outgoing calls,displaying discretion when handling difficult or sensitive calls and screening when required.
Greeting visitors, offering tea and coffee.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Providing ad hoc administrative support when required.
Responsible for stationary ordering.
Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
To ensure all temporary staff have the necessary skills and flexibility to cover your duties during sickness and holidays.
Assist with simple food preparation when required.
