Recruitment Administrator – North West based
Full or part time hours – Monday to Friday
Paying up to £22,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join for award winning team in the North West. Due to rapid growth with several clients we need extra support alongside the Account Manager to help with our new clients. We are open to speaking to candidates who are interested in both full or part time hours.
We are looking for candidates based in the North West are as there will be requirements to attend the Manchester City Centre office.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting with a high volume of payroll
- Supporting with pay queries and resolving to a high standard
- Inputting candidate records on the system
- Working closely with the Account Manager and clients to support where required
- Ensuring a high attention to detail at all times
Ideally, you will:
- Have previous experience within an administrative or data entry role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability work in a fast paced environment, at times under pressure
- Have excellent attention to detail
Hours of work –
- Operational hours – Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
- We are open to full or part time candidates
- Up to £22,000 per annum
- Pro-rata salary for part time hours
This is a temporary assignment to cover our peak period across the next 3 months, however it always has the potential to extend following this time.
