Due to rapid expansion of our client base in the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area, Cordant People are looking to recruit an additional team member to work with our clients and recruit for their temporary and permanent staffing requirements. Our clients in that area are predominately industrial so some experience of recruitment in that sector would be advantageous.
Duties will include; advertising, sourcing and selection of the best candidates for our clients using tools such as on line job boards and social media.
Following engagement, you will be responsible for nurturing the client and candidate relationships and ensuring faultless customer service in the aftercare process. You will also be responsible for inputting payroll hours and time sheet submission in a timely and accurate manner, therefore attention to detail is essential. Computer literacy is also important.
