Cordant People are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.
Applicants must be prepared to work travel to work onsite in Skelmersdale and our office in Liverpool. Therefore holding a driving licence would be advantageous.
You must have accurate data entry and computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and be able to multi task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
Duties will include:
- Candidate attraction – CV searching.
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Screening and qualifying candidates to ascertain suitability to our clients requirements
- Obtaining references on candidates
- Carrying out DBS checks with consent on candidates
- Writing job adverts and screening applicants to develop a shortlist of potential candidates
- Maintaining regular contact and networking with candidates
