Cordant People are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to join the fast paced Bolton branch. This is an opportunity to join a growing branch with an established local client base operating in the industrial sector.

About the opportunity
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract initially with reviews at 6 and 12 months, at which stage the option of a permanent contract for the right candidate will be available. For candidates with prior recruitment experience, this will be a permanent role.
Duties will include:
- Resourcing and vetting candidates
- Candidate inductions
- Worker surgeries
- Candidate assessments
- Associated back office admin tasks
A strong candidate will:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be flexible with working hours
- Be detailed in all tasks and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience working with customers either in person or over the phone
- A full driving licence (desirable not essential)
We are looking for a well rounded individual that will look to take on the workload, prioritise and complete to their best ability whilst communication constantly with other colleagues to ensure the best result is achieved. Working on own initiative is crucial.
Hours of work:
08:00 – 17:00 – Monday-Friday core hours. There will be a 1 week in 4 of being on call.
Competitive salary plus commission.
