Hours of work are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Due to rapid expansion – Cordant Exeter are looking to expand their team ASAP
As the sole resourcer for the team you will be responsible for sourcing, pre screening and registering candidates. Matching candidates against different roles, placing candidates into roles, building professional and credible relationships with our customers and processing all relevant paperwork onto the system.
It is essential that you provide exceptional customer service to all our clients and candidates, working professionally and with integrity at all times, building relationships whilst also ensuring compliance within company policy and procedures, living and breathing the Cordant values and working to sometimes pressurised deadlines.
EXPERIENCE
● Experience working within a busy sales or customer service team
● Ability to adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload, achieving both short and long term
deadlines independently
● Proven ability to foresee problems to prevent them happening and work compliantly within legal
frameworks
● Management of own time to achieve targets and develop plans for specific work activities with the
ability to escalate where necessary
● Adopt a collaborative approach and work in the spirit of the company whilst having the ability to
delegate where necessary
