You’ll be providing recruitment support many different business areas. As the first point of contact for designated service lines, you’ll liaise with the Resourcing Partner and Hiring Manager to ensure an excellent candidate experience, from making sure job vacancies are listed accurately to arranging interviews and providing detailed feedback.
we’re looking for someone with administration experience, ideally with a background in a large, complex organisation. You should be used to liaising with stakeholders at different levels, and have the ability to solve problems independently, make quick decisions and communicate effectively. As an ambassador for the company, you’ll role model the culture and values, and continually look for ways to enhance your knowledge and develop your skills.
