Customer Service Administrator

Experience:

  • Strong Customer service experience within an office environment
  • Experience with NAV
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and experience of processing orders
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Work flexibly and efficiently as part of a team and liaise closely with other team members

Core Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Processing UK and International orders
  • Producing shipping documents and labels
  • Processing Export Documentation (EUR1, Certificate of Origin…)
  • Running Days End reports and tasks
  • Providing customers with quotes, invoices and prices processed in NAV
  • Dispatch of goods and liaising with Production staff/Build Requests to meet customer orders
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face, in a timely and professional manner to resolution
  • Aid customers on basic technical queries
