Sales Advisor based in Sheffield

Offering a basic salary of £17,600 with a realistic OTE of £22,000

Full time role – 40 hours per week.

Our client offer a fantastic working environment within their Contact Centre based in Sheffield. They are a proactive, energetic and diverse company with are committed to their clients and employee’s to offer the best services available.

Our teams are dedicated to achieving and exceeding our client’s goals. We understand the importance of each contact with your customers and we also understand that every interaction is an extension and reflection on your business

The Role:

  • Cold calling using outbound dialer
  • B2C
  • Signing customers up to new energy supplier
  • Targeted to 6 sales (3 customers) per day – not targeted on calls made unless sales are not there
  • Calling prepayment and direct debit customers
  • Full sale from start to finish can take 45 mins
  • Not scripted but can use a script if preferred and to be used as a guide
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm or 10am – 7pm, Saturdays 10am – 2pm every 1 in 4
