Sales Co-ordinator

Our prestigious UK manufacturing client based in Daventry is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy team.

Main duties to include:

  • Sales order processing
  • Supporting the existing customer base of merchants and contractors
  • Handling enquiries for a range of products
  • To assist in the achievement of departmental KPI’s and sales targets
  • Working closely with area sales managers, providing them with updates on incoming sales and current projects
  • Undertake proactive and reactive calls within our clients target market
  • Accurate record keeping on company systems
  • Upsell products to both existing and lapsed/potential customers

Ideal candidate requirements:

  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills at all times
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office including Excel)
  • Numerate with outstanding accuracy to detail
  • Experience of both proactive and reactive sales support
  • Team player
  • Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to be self-motivated
  • Experienced in a similar sales office environment / UK
