Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Sales Posted 06.12.18 £18000 - £20000 per annum + + bonus + bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Adminsitrator for a busy commercial office in Huddersfield town centre.

The successful applicant will need to be:

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Possessing proficiency with IT skills for example Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • High attention to detail.

Ona daily basis you will be :

  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Supporting the team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives / sales targets
  • Taking phone calls from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Processing customer data
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
