We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Adminsitrator for a busy commercial office in Huddersfield town centre.
The successful applicant will need to be:
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Possessing proficiency with IT skills for example Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- An administrative or sales background.
- High attention to detail.
Ona daily basis you will be :
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Supporting the team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives / sales targets
- Taking phone calls from customers.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Processing customer data
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
