Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator for their client based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

We are looking for a candidate to be part of their customer support team. You will be
expected to coordinate between their operations and their customers to provide them with
the highest levels of customer service acting as an interface for commercial administrative
functions.

Role & Responsibilities:
– Manage customer accounts
– Raise quotes for customers
– Generate new sales
– Costing and quoting new products
– Respond to new lines of enquiry
– Process sales orders
– Raise Bills of Materials
– Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
– Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
– Maintain the ERP system
-Liaise with operations
-Process customer returns

Skills & Experience:
-A high level of numerical literacy and good communicator
-Experience of working in a customer support role
-Good working knowledge of Excel
-The ability to use your own initiative and control multiple accounts
-Capability to work towards deadlines
-A sense of urgency
