Job title: Sales inbound customer service advisor
Pay Rate: £9.29p/h
Hours: 37.5hrs/wk (Must be able to work Sat and Sun (likely to be 1 weekend day out of every 2-3 weeks)
Location: Home based or Office based (Training will be based ONSITE for atleast 2 weeks )
Temp assignment 8-10 weeks
The Role:
* The primary purpose of the role is to provide first class customer service to clients and customers
* Processing orders
* Ensuring delivery schedules are met
* Responding to queries over the phone and via email
* Problem solving
* Chasing late deliveries
* Dealing with returns
* Dealing with complaints
* Managing existing accounts of the company
Required Experience:
* Excellent communication skills required
* Ambitious as prospects for progression are vast
* It is essential that the relevant candidate is a natural organiser, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
* The candidate must be able to prioritise their workload effectively throughout the day
