Senior Customer Manager – Fulltime – Salary £30K

We are looking for a Senior Customer Manager with experience i managing complex customer accounts. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with energy, drive and and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You should be capable of handling challenging customer situations and work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You must be able to maintain a positive, solutions oriented and professional manner throughout with strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior management. Able to identify and understand the needs of the customers.

Role includes:

Overall responsibility for the daily management of assigned customer accounts. this includes account management strategies for full solutions and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth with assigned customers.

As the Senior Customer Manager, your mission will be to increase customer retention, renewals and upsells/cross sells by building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer.

As the Senior Customer Manager, you should be proactive and responsive, be forward thinking and solution oriented. Languages ( Spanish, Italian, French) would be advantageous, but not essential.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830-1700
