- Work under the direction of the Technical Lead to support core product improvements and new initiatives on their technology roadmap.
- Support the Test team to execute both technical and manual tests as and when required.
- Assist the help desk team with 3rd line customer support.
- C# experience essential.
- SQL Server skills for data analysis and validation.
- An understanding of the test lifecycle (planning, analysis, execution, reporting).
