    Our professional services client is looking for a Team Administrator to support the needs of the archiving team and the business units. As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for general ad hoc administrative duties alongside managing the archiving process. We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their small and friendly team.

    Duties include:
    • Management of team Inbox
    • Opening and closing of files 
    • Ensure that files are distributed and collected promptly
    • Collection and processing of bulk archiving from teams
    • Data capture and entry into databases, both internal and those run by external service providers
    • Management of archiving process (onboarding)
    • Printing of emails and attachments
    • Document management (scanning, saving and archiving)
    • Processing requests and dealing with queries and problems relating to storage of records.
    • Shredding documents
    • Liaising with service providers
    • Dealing with routine enquiries 
    • Other responsibilities as required commensurate with the level and nature of this role

    Successful candidate:
    • Previous experience in an administrative role
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to quality check data
    • Methodical and focused
    • Well organised
    • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
    • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
