Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as Team Coordinator on a full time and pemanent basis. To be suitable for this role you should be a proactive, positive individual with great organisational skills who thrives in a busy environment.

Duties:

  • Dairy management
  • Organising meetings
  • Producing accurate reports, letters and other documents
  • Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence
  • Processing expense claims and travel arrangements
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities.
  • Working within a team and assisting colleagues of the secretarial team to ensure efficient coverage for the department.

Requirements:

  • Secretarial experience of a minimum of 3 years
  • Audio/digital typing experience
  • Accurate typing speeds, minimum 50 wpm
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Extensive knowledge of Sage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills
