An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Agent to join a market leading manufacturer based in the Birmingham area. This position offers basic salary and generous commissions for achieving target.
The purpose of the role is to manage and grow a small portfolio of existing customer accounts and to win new business for the company by developing and converting prospect clients.
* Identifying and cold calling new business clients (approx 40 calls per day)
* Tele-account managing and developing approximately 500 existing accounts on a rotation basis (approximately 40 calls per day)
* Quoting new clients
* Passing leads on for larger accounts
* All related administration including set up of new accounts
Hours of work are 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Friday
Holidays are 20 days plus stats.
